These terms govern access to ZenStorefront and the listing review features provided through the application.

Beta service. ZenStorefront is currently offered as a beta application. Features, workflows, and integrations may change as the product is improved.

Service scope. ZenStorefront provides seller-facing tools for connecting a shop, syncing listings, reviewing potential trademark risk, and managing listing review workflows.

Authorized shop access. Users may connect only shops they are authorized to access. Etsy data is intended to be used only to provide the storefront review features inside ZenStorefront.

Seller responsibility. Scan results are intended to assist review and prioritization. Sellers remain responsible for their final listing decisions and for ensuring their storefront, listings, and products comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

Etsy relationship. The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Warranty disclaimer. DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY ZENSTOREFRONT (THE 'APPLICATION DEVELOPER'). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
